The Caprari Group can deal with all the customer' s needs and provides the most efficient solutions for the main water and wastewater requirements: borehole pumps, vertical turbine pumps, surface pumps, drainage pumps and electric pumps and aeration system for sewage. - SOLAR VARIPOWER E4XP Solar Kit designed for water extraction through renewable solar energy. The system is composed by a submersible pump - E4XP - controlled by a Caprari electric panel with inverter. - Electric stainless radial submersible pumps The right choice for high concentrations of solids and sand up to 300 g/ m3 The new 4” and 6” submersible pumps for small and medium-size wells are Caprari' s answer to the need for high performance plus long life in extremely heavy duty conditions. Machines conform to 2009/ 125/ EC Directive ( EcoDesign - ErP) . - E6P-E8P Electric mixed flow borehole pumps Electric 8” and 10” radial borehole pumps able to reach high heads.Thanks to the limited axialdimensions of the wet-end these machines feature a high number of stages with limited length so as to make them compact and reliable. Very solid machines, designed to last and to always ensure peak performance and efficiency under heavy duty conditions of use at great depths of installation and extremely high heads. - Mixoflush Automatic cleaning system for wastewater lifting station Since lifting stations have to remain efficient it is sometimes necessary to create an effective system capable to automatically clean the pits internally even in critical working conditions periods; the system have to grant the following effects: Keep moving the liquid so the solids, that naturally tend to settle on the bottom, especially in the zones where the fluid is calm, remain in suspension. Fluidize and blend oils and greases with wastewater, to prevent them from building up on the surface and forming froth and crusts. - STORMWATER Stormwater: collection, management and control Rainwater disposal not only affects the safety of the natural bodies of water ( rivers, canals, lakes, ponds, reservoirs, etc.) into which it flows, but the entire sewer network through to the local and district water treatment systems. Rainwater pollution is mainly caused by: substances that come straight from the actual soil and, to a lesser degree, from the atmosphere. Thus the first fraction of rain collected turns out to be polluted to a greater extent as it combines with all the pollutants that settle on the soil during dry weather. Use of storage tanks is becoming increasingly more widespread in an endeavour to reduce the environmental impact that occurs when first-flush rainwater is disposed of in natural bodies of water. The purpose of these tanks is to collect and hold the first fraction of the water produced by a heavy downpour, thus preventing it from flowing into natural bodies of water in an uncontrolled way. However, the solids in first-flush rainwater settle at the bottom of these tanks and make them considerably difficult to manage. These solids contain a certain organic fraction that helps microorganisms and bacteria to proliferate in the presence of high temperatures and humidity, leading to the production of gas and unpleasant odours. This means that cleaning and the removal of these sediment is of prime importance when it comes to servicing primary rain storage tanks. - CVX Energy Vertical multistage electric pumps The new range of vertical multistage pumps CVX series in stainless steel features suction and delivery in line and high energy efficiency motors. Machines conform to 2009/ 125/ EC Directive ( EcoDesign - ErP) . - Flanged multistage centrifugal pumps Horizontal centrifugal multistage pumps suitable to be flanged to diesel engines. Thanks to the compactness and sturdiness they are ideal for setting up motor pump assemblies for irrigation and fire-fighting. The new MEC-MG HT series has been engineered to guarantee maximum reliability even when subjected to the high degree of mechanical stress produced by new generation diesel engines. - KL Single-stage pumps Single-stage pumps are suitable for all pumping applications where excessive pressure is not required. 400 to 2000 m3/ h flow rates are available, with 30 to 120 m head values. The KL series is available in the horizontal, vertical monobloc and vertical with cardanic shaft driven versions. - FEL Vertical lineshaft pumps The advantage of vertical lineshaft pump technology as to safe operation is that the installations comprise a submersible part immersed in the pumped fluid and a mechanically/ electrically driven part positioned on the surface. These pumps are installed in wells, basins and tanks, or are used for directly catching and extracting water, where they allow lifting and overpressure to be obtained with the same machine. - PVMF - PVHE Vertical lineshaft pumps The advantage of vertical lineshaft pump technology as to safe operation is that the installations comprise a submersible part immersed in the pumped fluid and a mechanically/ electrically driven part positioned on the surface. These pumps are installed in wells, basins and tanks, or are used for directly catching and extracting water, where they allow lifting and overpressure to be obtained with the same machine. - GEI Submersible pumps Submersible pumps are suitable for applications where the unit ( wet end motor ) can be totally immersed, without any limitations to the suction conditions. 900 to 2000 m3/ h flow rates are available, with 10 to 70 m head values. The GEI range can also be supplied in the booster configuration in the horizontal, or vertical position. Installed in a dry chamber, this solution is doubly advantageous as it is silent and compact. - URM Universal Remote Management URM, Universal Remote Management, a complete system of supervision and telecontrol purposefully designed for the management and treatment of liquids. It allows for the monitoring, control, and collection of data on the operation of all the devices that constitute a complex water system. Optimization of the system has led to savings in energy and water.
